Terms of Service

1. What this is
MindMoneyMagic publishes personal-finance education — essays, short videos, templates, tools, and a paid membership with additional content and features (together, "the services"). By using the site or purchasing a membership you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.
2. Education only — no advisory relationship
The services provide general education, not personalised financial, investment, insurance, tax, or legal advice. Membership fees pay for educational content, tools, templates, and community features — not advisory services. Please read our Disclaimer & Disclosures, which forms part of these terms, including its disclosures about how we may earn commission if you choose to transact through our distribution links.
3. Eligibility & your account
You must be 18 or older. We use passwordless sign-in: a magic link sent to your email. Your email inbox is effectively your key — keep it secure, and don't share sign-in links. You're responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; memberships are personal and non-transferable.
4. Membership, billing & access
- Plans and prices are shown at purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Nothing renews automatically. Each payment is a one-time purchase that unlocks a fixed window of access — one month for a monthly plan, one year for an annual or founding plan. We do not hold a mandate on your card or UPI, so we cannot charge you again. You will never be billed a second time without deciding to buy again.
- There is no subscription to cancel. When your access window ends, access simply stops. To carry on, you buy again — and your progress and saved work are still there waiting for you.
- We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects access you have already paid for. Founding-member pricing, where offered, is honoured at that price on any renewal purchase you make, for as long as you keep your membership going without a lapse.
5. Refunds
- Annual and founding plans: full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. Email hello@mindmoneymagic.com.
- Monthly plans: no partial-month refunds. Because nothing auto-renews, you are never charged for a month you didn't choose to buy.
- Paid twice by mistake, or bought the wrong plan? Tell us within 7 days and we'll sort it out reasonably.
6. Your licence to our content
Members get a personal, non-transferable licence to use member content (templates, worksheets, recordings) for their own personal finances. Please don't redistribute, resell, or publicly repost member content — it's how this small independent project stays alive. Public content may be shared with attribution and a link.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the services: no unlawful activity, no scraping or reselling access, no attempting to break authentication or access other members' data, no abusive conduct in community spaces. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do, with a refund of any unused prepaid period except in cases of serious abuse.
8. Availability & changes
We're a small, growing project. Features may evolve, and occasional downtime happens. We'll always aim to give members fair notice of material changes to what membership includes.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: the services are provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for financial outcomes of decisions you make (see the Disclaimer); and our total liability for any claim is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
